PENGUIN 90th ANNIVERSARY
NOTHING LIKE A BOOK
Collaborating with Penguin and Nine Collective, I was brought in to lead the art direction and develop the branding language for a large-scale 90th anniversary celebration event in the heart of East London.
With a goal of breaking away from the traditional branding associated with the iconic Penguin publishing house, the project aimed to engage a broader, non-book-focused audience aged 18–35. The creative direction embraced a bold, playful aesthetic - leveraging striking typography and vibrant colours to unapologetically capture attention and spark curiosity.
